Live tests with the PURITY CONCEPT V

Many material manufacturers are convinced that their granulate is clean. But what does it look like when examined with high-precision testing technology? Under the motto “Human vs. Machine,” SIKORA invites visitors to K 2025 to find out exactly that.

The focus is on the PURITY CONCEPT V inspection system, which examines granules or test plates for optical impurities such as black specks within a few seconds. The system detects, visualizes, and documents even the smallest contaminations and provides a comprehensive statistical evaluation – automatically and reproducibly.

Live material tests will be carried out with the PURITY CONCEPT V at the SIKORA booth. Visitors can bring small quantities of granules or test plates with them – and put their material to the test themselves.

Participation is free of charge and offers an ideal opportunity to see the precision, speed, and user-friendliness of the system for yourself – and perhaps make a surprising discovery. And best of all: if the system does not detect any contamination in the material, participants will receive a small surprise. If, on the other hand, impurities are detected, visitors will receive a detailed test report providing valuable information on the material quality.
