PLAST-TEMP 6000
The PLAST-TEMP 6000 is a system for the precise online measurement of the surface temperature that, independent of environmental influences, measures the temperature continuously and non-invasively.
The PLAST-TEMP 6000 measures, autonomous of environmental influences, continuously and contactless the temperature of plastics of all kinds. Thereby, the measurement of the temperature is also independent of the profile, material or surface structure.
Compared with conventional systems, the temperature measurement by a thermal image sensor in an infrared camera, which delivers reliable measuring values without calibration, is a big advantage.
A broad spectrum of communication interfaces ensures the reliable transfer of the measuring values to a SIKORA processor system, the system control or a laptop. The interface module as well as all plugs are completely integrated in the device and therefore optimally protected against water, dirt and mechanical damages.
