A stand-alone system for temperature measurement
The WIRE-TEMP 6000 measures continuously and contactless the temperature of metallic conductors. The measurement of the temperature is independent of the cross-section, the material, the surface structure and the speed.
A big advantage is that the temperature measurement is realized by means of a thermal image sensor in an infrared camera, which measures the surface structure reliably and provides accurate measurements with no need for calibration.
Various communication interfaces are available for the transmission of the measuring values to a SIKORA processor system, the line control or a preheating system. The interface module and all connection plugs are fully integrated in the device for perfect protection against water, dirt and mechanical damage.
