Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
These are our expectations:
- University or vocational degree in Electronics and/or Electrics
- Target-oriented, motivated, excellent communications skills in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Military obligation must be completed
- Ability to travel domestic and abroad
- Experience in a similar position is preferred
- Living in Istanbul Asian side is a must
- Extensive knowledge in electronics
- Knowledge in measurement technology and safe handling of an oscilloscope and other mounting and measuring tools
- Knowledge on PLC programming and field bus systems will be an advantage
- International driver’s license for passenger cars
- Initial training for 8-10 weeks at headquarters in Bremen, Germany
These are your tasks:
- Repairs, service and commissioning of our devices in Turkey
- Maintenance and fault following on electronic boards
- Preparing of service and spare part related quotations
- Technical support for the customer – on-site, by phone and via e-mail
- Reporting of service visits and maintenance work to headquarters in Germany
- Coordination with our abroad logistic department for service orders
- Supplying and maintaining required tools for service work
