The Bremen-based SIKORA AG is again one of the 100 fastest growing medium-sized companies in Germany. The Bremen-based company ranks 71st in the study “Germany’s fastest-growing SMEs 2022” conducted by the management consultancy Munich Strategy Group. Also this year, SIKORA is the only company in Bremen that belongs to the “TOP 100”.
In addition to his current function as Director of Sales at SIKORA AG, Holger Lieder takes over the interim responsibility for the areas Marketing and Service. In his function he directly reports to the CEO, Dr. Christian Frank.
The wire 2022 was a great success for SIKORA. “Many customers visited our booth to experience our devices and technologies live. The visit was accompanied by pleasure and gratitude about the finally again possible, personal exchange, which could be maintained but not replaced by virtual encounters in the last years”, emphasizes Dr. Jörg Wissdorf, member of the board at SIKORA.
Rising plastic prices confront the industry with enormous challenges. Manufacturers and processors for all types of plastics are equally affected. There is no end in sight to the price increases. Thus, new solutions for savings have to be found. In extrusion, costs can be specifically compensated by using sustainable measuring technology as an example calculation shows.
