Thai-Asia P.E. Pipe uses SIKORA’s CENTERWAVE 6000 for measuring HDPE pipes during extrusionvc

Thai-Asia P.E. Pipe with its headquarters in Nakhonratchasima, Thailand, is a specialist in manufacturing HDPE pipes, fittings, corrugated pipes and microducts. Since its foundation in 1984, domestic customers and beyond have been relying on its high-quality products. These are used for diverse applications such as water transmission, electrical conduit and communication cable as well as for special projects in the area of mining. As the only company in Thailand, Thai-Asia P.E. Pipe offers the largest HDPE pipes with a product diameter of up to 2,000 mm. Therefore, it is no coincidence that the company uses SIKORA’s CENTERWAVE 6000 for quality control of pipes in its extrusion line.

With the X-RAY 6000 PRO C-PIPE^AI, SIKORA presents a system for the reliable measurement of layer transitions in the production of corrugated pipes. By combining a newly developed software, based on artificial intelligence, with an X-ray based system, a precise evaluation of the X-ray data of corrugated pipes is possible.

SIKORA, manufacturer of innovative measuring, control and sorting technologies, will be exhibiting its wide range of technology for quality control and cost optimization in hose, pipe and tube extrusion and material production and processing at NPE 2024. Visitors can look forward to product launches at NPE 2024 from May 6 to 10 in Orlando, USA.

At Chinaplas 2024 from April 23 to 26 in Shanghai, SIKORA, manufacturer of innovative measuring, control and sorting technologies, will be demonstrating its range of current, improved and new products for quality control and cost optimization in hose and tube extrusion and material production and processing. Visitors can look forward to a product premiere and a new booth concept.
