In compliance with all data protection regulations, your application will be examined in a pre-selection process. Afterwards, interviews will be held in-house or online. During the first or second interview in our company, applicants (f/m/d) can get to know locations, colleagues (f/m/d) and conditions at SIKORA.
Our concern is to process applications promptly. Nevertheless, delays may occur, for example, due to a large number of applications received. An initial decision in the selection process is usually made between four and six weeks after receipt of the application. If there is any news about the status of your application, we will inform you in any case by email or by phone – regardless of whether we can consider your application or not. Before publishing an advertisement, we define the requirements for the position to be filled (educational background, technical knowledge, experience and personal skills, etc.) together with the responsible department. The requirements for the specific position can be found in the respective job advertisement. As part of the review of application documents, each application is checked individually by our applicant management team to ensure that it matches the requirements profile – there is no electronic pre-selection. Please understand that we can only consider complete application documents.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. By sending us your application, you agree that we may store it within the company for a period of six months. The personal data sent by you will be collected, processed and used by SIKORA exclusively for the purpose of application processing. Selection processes at SIKORA are supervised by responsible employees of our human resources department as well as by employees in our departments responsible for personnel selection. You can withdraw your application yourself at any time or ask for deletion if you are no longer interested in the job advertisement. Deleting an application leads to the deletion of all data and documents that you have provided us with in the context of the corresponding application.
If you are no longer available for an ongoing selection process, you can withdraw your application by email. Please note that it is not possible to reapply for the corresponding position without contacting us by phone.
